Our two recently refurbished meeting rooms offer hourly rate meeting room booking or half to full day bookings, so you can host those short face to face meetings for you and your clients or longer meetings for a whole team meeting to brainstorm the next business objective.
How much does a meeting room hire cost?
Meeting room hire rates start from as little as £35 for the first hour with discounted rates for our virtual office clients. All of our serviced office clients have meeting room hire included in their serviced office agreements.
What’s included in your meeting room booking?
GLFifty is staffed with an office manager who can greet you, your team or clients for that all professional first impression to start your meeting. Both our meeting rooms are equipped with white boards, a range of adapters, large TV’s suitable for presentations, Wifi, and also those all important refreshment drinks.
Does your meeting room booking require lunch?
Keep your team and clients focused on the agenda & have lunch delivered. With drink refreshments included, GLFifty can also arrange one of our highly recommended suppliers to deliver a preselected lunch delivered to your meeting room, simply let our team know at point of booking and we can organise it ready for the day.
Is there parking included?
GLFifty is located in Cheltenham town centre’s prime location. We offer pre booked visitor spaces for you and your clients attending the meeting room, all inclusive. Upon booking your meeting room let our team know and we shall book in your parking spaces with all further information delivered prior to your booking date.
